Gary“…Even though I’ve still got some heavy baggage hanging over my head, I’m feeling stronger, less afraid and more empowered than ever! I’m also more conscious of the strong power of my thoughts and how, being such an intellectual person, I can tend to let myself get carried away by the powers of my imagination, playing into my worst fears, amplifying them, giving them too much energy and feeling depressed, weakened, fearful. So I’ve been using this program to help redirect my brain. Hi Erin! So far I am really enjoying this program. I will probably go through it again on my own once we are through this 30 days just because there is so much information. I have found something different with each affirmation but am working with imagining the best case scenario right at the moment. I notice how different I feel when I am able to apply this to the situation. I usually jump straight to the worst case scenario which makes me crazy!
“I choose” is another huge one for me. As you mentioned, when I say ‘I get to’ rather than ‘I have to’ it changes the way I feel about what I am about to do. Life is so full of blessings and this particular affirmation really reminds me of that. They all do!
I am thankful that our paths have crossed as you are a good teacher in so many different ways. So much of this is still sinking in and I feel as though doors are opening for me and new experiences are being presented.
I will let you know if anything comes up that I want to discuss one on one or if I need clarity. I cannot think of anything specific that I want to cover that you have not already covered. “Hi Erin, I just wanted to thank you for the amazing and wonderful program. To say your program is a game changer would be an understatement. You opened my eyes (and my heart) in ways that I could never have imagined before starting the program… I was surprised at how uplifting and empowering the affirmations were. The best way to describe it is that it felt like cobwebs were lifted from my soul. Prior to starting your program I would say that I lived in a constant state of self-doubt, self-judgment, and a failure to be at peace with myself, even in times of joy and success. Like most people, I have highs and lows in life but I tended to ignore or minimize my successes and inflate my negative attributes.
