Gentle Yoga
Enjoy a grounding, centering warm up to gently stretch increase your flexibility. We will flow slowly through easy strength-building for strong bones and simple breath techniques for relaxation. The practice is suitable for all levels. You’ll leave the practice with a calm mind, a happy body, an open heart and a renewed outlook on your day.
Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates is a low-impact workout designed to help you build strength while being fully aligned in your posture. You will see positive results in your posture, balance and muscle tone after just a few sessions. No need to feel intimidated by the equipment. It is very simple and intuitive to use. Even people who don’t like gadgets fall in love with Reformer, because they fall in love with their results. (After all, trying new things is good for the brain.) Yogalates
Yogalates combines the breathing and stress-relief of Yoga with the core-building power of Pilates. Absolute beginners can attend this class and have a lot of fun. Advanced practitioners will appreciate the layering of levels of intensity and the options for taking it easy or working hard.
I’d like to know how much single classes are….I was doing pilates, but then I hurt my back and stopped. I’d like to see if it would help my back at this point to start reformer again.
